
1/4 c Laver Flakes
1 1/2 oz Superfine Sugar
1 1/2 oz Cornstarch
5 oz All-purpose Flour
Topping for decoration:
1 1/2 oz Slivered Almonds
Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Mix in sifted flour, cornstarch and laver flakes. Roll dough into round shapes and press lightly. Top with slivered almonds. Bake in pre-heated 340 degree oven for 20 minutes.
