Potato Chips with Seaweed and Sea Salt
3-4 Potatoes
2 tbsp ‘Sea’sonings or Seaweed Flakes
Sea salt, to taste

Wash potatoes and slice with a carrot peeler or a mandolin.

Cook in small batches. Can be fried in a Fry Daddy or a pan with oil.

NOTE: Don’t want the extra fat? Use an Air Fryer or bake on a sprayed sheet pan at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Set on a paper towel to cool; blot with a paper towel if too greasy.

Sprinkle with sea salt and sea vegetables. Enjoy!
