It’s so easy to make this pizza dough with sea vegetables, and wicked easy to add delicious nutrients to all of your other recipes too.

1 pkg Active Dry Yeast
1 c Warm Water
2 ½ c Flour
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp ‘Sea’sonings (or Dulse, Wakame, Nori, Kelp granules/flakes)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine flour, salt and oil into dissolved yeast. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.

On a lightly floured surface, roll or hand form into a pizza base. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan dusted with flour or cornmeal. Spread with your favorite pizza sauce and add desired toppings.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

NOTE: We doubled the recipe and made two pizzas ~ one with plain cheese and one with garlic, spinach and artichokes. To make it extra rich, we used tomato paste as the sauce.
