Garlic Hummus with Nori

Garlic Hummus with Nori
We’re enjoying this hummus with pita chips, celery and carrots. A delicious addition to ANY spread for ANY gathering at ANY time of year!

1 can Garbanzo Beans 1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 cloves Garlic
½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
1-2 tbsp Nori Flakes

Drain garbanzo beans, set liquid aside.

Add garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil to a food processor, and blend until smooth. Re-introduce drained garbanzo liquid until desired thickness.

Put into serving bowl and garnish with Nori flakes. Enjoy!
