Easy Cheese Focaccia Bread with Kombu

Easy Cheese Focaccia Bread with Kombu1 pkg Refrigerator Pizza Dough
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1 tsp Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 c Kombu Flakes
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread dough onto a greased cookie sheet, pressing to make a 10" x 12" rectangle. Dimple with fingertips to make indentations. Set aside.

Cook onion and garlic in olive oil in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in herbs. Spread the mixture evenly over dough and top with cheese.

Bake 10-15 minutes until focaccia is deep golden brown. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 12.

Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 15 minutes.
