Dulse Fruit Cobbler

Dulse Fruit CobblerBottom Layer:
1/2 c Cranberries
2 c Apples, chopped
1 c Pear, chopped
1 c Blueberries
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1tsp Vanilla
1/3 - 1/2 c Maple Syrup

Top Layer:
1 c Walnuts, chopped
1 c Wheat Germ
1/2 c Dulse Flakes
1/3 c Oatmeal
1/4 - 1/3 c Butter, softened

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all bottom layer ingredients; put into medium size greased baking pan. Mix all top layer ingredients; spread on top. Bake 40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
