Blueberry Popsicles with Nori
Refreshing, delicious and nutritious Blueberry Popsicles with Nori could not be easier to make!

2 cups Fresh Blueberries
2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain, Vanilla or Blueberry)
2 tbsp Nori Flakes
Optional: 2 tbsp Natural Sweetener (like Agave or Honey)

Blend all ingredients until smooth (or leave some chunks!) using a blender, food processor or hand-held immersion blender.

Pour mixture into popsicle molds and add sticks (be sure to leave out about ¼ of the stick as a handle).

Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Serve and enjoy another sumptuous way of consuming nutrients!
