
1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
2 ripe Avocados, cubed
¼ cup Lime Juice
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sea Lettuce Flakes
2 tbsp Cilantro
Mix corn, black beans, lime juice, olive oil, sea lettuce and cilantro together in a large bowl.
When all mixed, fold in chunks of avocado. Add salt and pepper to taste.
